Nanny Share Referral Support
A nanny share is an arrangement in which two families hire the same caregiver and coordinate care across an agreed schedule.
A strong nanny share depends on caregiver compatibility and family-to-family compatibility. Important conversations may include schedule, punctuality, care location, routines, parenting expectations, illness, pets, transportation, communication, compensation, and what happens when one family’s needs change.
Myers Childcare can help families think through these considerations and facilitate caregiver introductions. The participating families and caregiver establish their direct working arrangement.
