    Share your schedule, children’s ages, location, care needs, household expectations, and what you hope the right caregiver will bring to your family.

  2. Introductory Conversation

    We review your request and learn more about your family, answer questions, and help clarify the kind of support that may fit best.

  3. Agreement, Referral Fee & Questionnaire

    Before active matching begins, your family completes the applicable service agreement, approved referral fee, and detailed family questionnaire.

  4. Matching & Introductions

    We consider caregivers whose experience, availability, communication, and preferences may align with the role, then facilitate introductions for your family’s consideration.

  5. Interviews & Paid Trial When Appropriate

    Your family chooses whom to interview and may arrange a paid trial directly with a candidate when appropriate.

  6. Family Hiring Decision & Follow-Up

    Your family makes the final selection and establishes the working relationship directly with the caregiver. Myers Childcare remains available for the referral support included with the applicable service.
